Lubicon Properties International Limited is a firm of Building Professionals registered in the year 2004. We have been providing quality services in both construction and Project Management services to private and public clients. The firm is managed by seasoned professionals consisting of Architects, Structural and Services Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors. All are qualified members of their respective professional bodies and they are supported by a team of experienced technical and non-technical staff.
The management and staff of the firm work together as a team and we have contributed a great deal to the realization of many construction projects within the country. We keep up-to-date with modern management approach in the management of our projects at the pre and post contract stages. We also take very seriously the training and re-training of our technical and management staff for higher productivity and better performance.
We hold all our clients in very high esteem, whether big or small, government, corporate or private . We give our best to satisfy each client because we believe that the client is king and must be given value for his or her investment. We liaise with our professional colleagues in allied professions involved in the design and construction of building and civil works with the interest of the client paramount on our mind and the fear of God as our watchword.
Timely project delivery is of great concern to us. From our experience over the years we have come to realize that time overrun in the delivery of projects has always adversely affected the client. To this end, we give adequate attention to effective monitoring of our projects to ensure that the client is not made to suffer additional cost due to time-overrun or loss of revenue, resulting from same reason, where the project is a commercial development.

Mr Olubi is a Quantity Surveyor with 20+ years of professional experience. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (N.I.Q.S) and a registered member of the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board.
